The school day is organised as follows:

8.50 am. school starts

10.30 am.- 10.45 am morning break

12.00 pm.- 1.10 pm lunch

2.30 pm. - 2.45 pm. afternoon break

3.20 pm. school ends – Key Stage 1 & Foundation Stage 2

3.30 pm. school ends – Key Stage 2

The above times give a working week, excluding all breaks, assembly and registration, of 27 hrs. 30 mins. for juniors and 26 hrs. 40 mins. for infants.

The Nursery operates two separate sessions; from 8:30am to 11.30am and 12.30pm to 3.30pm.

The playground is supervised from 8.40 am so please ensure your child arrives after this time and before 8.50 am when school starts. A prompt start is essential as lateness causes disruption to the rest of the class and interferes with a settled start to the day for the child concerned. When the bell rings, the children line up in their class lines and are collected by their Classteacher.
